    • All photographs and videos created by Marques Photography remain the property of Marques Photography. Our fees cover the licensing rights for clients and agencies to use these materials within a specific sales campaign, both online and in print.

    • This license is non-transferable, meaning third parties must obtain prior consent from Marques Photography before using the media. Home stylists, builders, and contractors are not permitted to use these assets for their own promotion without approval.

    • If a property remains unsold after the campaign, a new agency must contact Marques Photography to re-license the materials for continued use.

    • Marques Photography retains full copyright and reserves the right to feature these images and videos in our own marketing materials.

    • If the property owner is paying directly, full payment is required upon media is delivery.

    • For businesses, a 30-day account may be available if agreed upon before the shoot.

    • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 fee.

    • If the shoot is canceled upon arrival at the property, the full booking fee will be charged.

    • Photos – Delivered within 24 business hours to ensure a quick turnaround for listings.

    • Videos – Turnaround time varies by project size, typically 24 to 72 business hours for editing and final delivery.

    • Additional Services – Enhancements like floor plans, virtual staging, and virtual twilight edits may take up to 48 business hours to complete.

    • Weekends & Holidays – Turnaround times apply to business days only, so projects scheduled before weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.

    • Rush Options – Need it faster? Expedited delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

    • Homes should be fully cleaned, organized, and staged before the shoot begins. While I can make minor tweaks, like adjusting pillows or straightening decor, major cleaning or rearranging is not part of the service. To get the best results, the property must be 100% photo-ready at the scheduled time.

  • Each session is scheduled for a set duration, usually one hour for standard shoots. If the property isn’t ready when I arrive—such as owners still tidying or rearranging furniture—the session will continue as planned. This means:

    • Photos will be taken as-is, regardless of the property's condition.

    • Additional time cannot be added to accommodate delays.

    • If the weather isn’t ideal, you can reschedule at no extra cost—as long as I haven’t already traveled to the property.

    • If I’ve arrived on-site, the shoot will continue, and I’ll use professional techniques to make the property look its best despite the conditions.

    • Additionally, we can start with interior shots and plan a separate session for exteriors once the weather clears.

    • Yes, for locations more than 35km outside of Bunbury, a travel fee will apply, starting at $30
